Quizzard Weekly Tournament — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Weekly Tournament prize is offered by the developer of Quizzard ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@quizzard.app.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, this promotion.

2. Prize

Each week (when the prize is active), the winner receives one (1) $100 Amazon.com eGift Card, delivered by email.

Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.com Gift Cards ("GCs") may be redeemed on the Amazon.com website or mobile app. Restrictions apply, see amazon.com/gc-legal.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older.
• To be eligible a player must, in the app: confirm they are 18+, confirm they live in the US, and have a verified email address on their account. Players who don't qualify may still play the tournament but cannot win the prize.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

Play matches in the week's featured topic in the Quizzard app. Entry is free.

5. Tournament period

Each tournament starts Monday 00:00 UTC and ends the following Monday 00:00 UTC.

6. How the winner is decided

• Arena points: win = 2 points, draw = 1, loss = 0. After two wins in a row, each further win is worth 4 points until the player loses.
• Tie-breaker: the player who reached the tied score first ranks higher.
• The highest-ranked eligible player at the end of the week is the potential winner.

7. Verification and delivery

• The potential winner is notified in the app and must confirm their email address within 7 days. If they don't respond, or are found ineligible, the prize goes to the next eligible player.
• Finishers are checked for cheating (for example impossible speed or accuracy, multiple accounts, or automated play).
• After verification the prize is emailed within 7 days.
• Limit: one prize win per person per calendar month.

8. Disqualification

Cheating, using multiple accounts, bots, scripts or any automated play, or any attempt to manipulate results leads to disqualification and may lead to account removal.

9. General

The Sponsor may modify, suspend or end the prize if fraud, technical failure or other causes affect the fairness of the tournament. Decisions of the Sponsor are final. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected for the prize is used only to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, as described in the Quizzard Privacy Policy.
